Citizens Bank Selects DocStar ECM Enterprise Content Management

January 26, 2016 – Schenectady, NY – DocStar announced that Citizens Bank (a subsidiary of Citco Community Bancshares, Inc.), a community bank headquartered in Elizabethton, TN, has purchased the DocStar Enterprise Content Management platform to electronically manage documents and reports including loan, deposit, and HR documents.
