Content Services Is The New Enterprise Content Management?

Gartner pronounced recently that Enterprise Content Management (ECM) was dead. What they meant is that the term ECM is no longer an appropriate term to describe the management of a company’s information. ECM is a term “meant to encompass the many facets of managing the lifecycle of unstructured information across an enterprise.”   It describes the strategy of operations for managing information at a business.
