Work and Life at DocStar

BPTW-Logo_2014-200Life at DocStar- For nearly 20 years, the mission at DocStar has been to make every interaction with a customer a “WOW experience” from start to finish. Around the office, posters on the walls remind us to walk in our customers’ shoes to ensure we provide fantastic service each and every day.

Over the years, we’ve developed 5 Core Values and everything we do for each other and our customers reinforces these values.

Whether you are looking to work with us or work for us, here are just a few things you might want to know about DocStar.

Be the person that everyone wants on their team

At DocStar, teamwork is not a cliché. We work together to create fantastic experiences for our customers, and our teammates. We push each other to do great things and make a real impact on the organization.

Catch team members going above & beyond

We love to celebrate personal and team success. Every quarter, we hold our WOW! Awards ceremony honoring those who have provided exceptional performance and “WOW” experiences.

Be accountable to higher performance

Accountable to our customers. Accountable to each other. Accountable to ourselves. Everyone understands their individual and team goals and we stretch ourselves to deliver the best possible experience.

We think work should be fun

We know that working shouldn’t be all work and no fun. From weekly breakfast, flip flop Fridays in the summer, catered lunches and wiffle ball tournaments, we strive to make DocStar a fun place.

We don’t just work here, we’re part of a community

The Capital District is very special to us and we want to be a part of its success. Corporately, DocStar makes charitable donations of time and money to organizations that are not only important to our owners, but also to those that are important to our team members. Individually, we support each other when participating in community events.
